Ingrediënten

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • cup Light corn syrup
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Flavor extract (any flavor)
  • ½ teaspoon Food coloring (optional)

Instructies 

  1. 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Insert candy thermometer and bring mixture to a boil without stirring until it reaches 300°F (150°C).
  4. 4. Remove from heat. Add flavor extract and food coloring (if using). Stir well.
  5. 5. Pour mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
